  • Adding videos is very useful for today’s marketing. Videos on your website and social media let you show your property from many views, capturing details and the feeling better than photos alone. Videos also improve your search rankings, making your listings or services easier to find. Overall, using video makes your marketing more engaging and effective.

  • For Commercial Real Estate Photos & Video work, I can charge per photo, or I can give you a day fee. The day fee is more inclusive, and I typically get sunset/twilight photos as well. For video work, I have a basic video option and a premium video option. Depending on your needs, we can determine the best option for you.

  • I typically have all of the photos ready in 24-48 hours of completion of the photoshoot. For large jobs, that could possibly take longer. Video projects can take a few days to a week.

  • If it is raining, or bad weather in general we can reschedule the shoot. I do not charge a cancelation fee for bad weather. If the property is not ready for photos, is messy, etc I do have a $100 fee for going to the job and it not being ready.
